You can pay via Paypal (e-check or credit card) or with a credit card directly thru Etsy.

Please note, I do not include invoices with an order unless requested. If you require a copy of the invoice, please let me know in the "notes to seller" at the time of checkout. If you'd like to find your receipt, go under "Your Account" in the upper right corner and then click on "Purchases and Reviews". You'll find a copy of your order in this section and can print an invoice for your records should you so desire.


Orders are shipped within the processing time stated in each listing. Please note that if you choose to pay with a bank draft via PayPal, this is the equivalent to a check and takes 3-5 days to clear. Orders are not shipped until the payment clears, even if this falls outside the stated processing time.

**Please make sure that the address you have listed in Etsy is correct. I ship all orders to the address listed on your order.**

International Orders: Packages are shipped via USPS. Please note: Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes on the package levied by customs in their home country. I cannot track most international packages once they leave the US.

Shipping times for international orders vary greatly. For example, European packages can arrive in as little as one week, though the average is 2-4 weeks. Australian packages have taken anywhere from three weeks to seven weeks, though the average is 3-4 weeks. This is due to varying lengths of time the package spends in customs in the countries to where they are sent. Total shipping time may be anywhere from 30-60 days. If you have not received your package within 60 days, please contact customs in your country to see if it is being held. If customs does not have it, please contact me so I can take care of you.


Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase. If you wish to return your item, please send me a conversation beforehand so that I know it is coming.

I take great care in packaging your purchase. If it should arrive damaged, let me know immediately. If at all possible, please snap a quick photo of the damage preferably in the box so that I can file a claim with USPS if applicable.

Customer service is my top priority. If you find any issues with your purchase, please let me know immediately so I can remedy the situation.


Custom listings are no problem and often give me great ideas for future shop products! Please note that once a custom listing is made, it will remain active for 7 days. If the listing has not been purchased within 7 days, the listing will be deleted and the items will be returned to inventory.
